 Aroma beautique is a humble enterprise created to help enhance people’s confidence by helping you find your scent. We have a range of products from eau de parfum, room sprays and traditional Arabic (bakhoor) and somali (unsii) incense that help not only create a memorable ambience for your home but also for you.

 

We provide a collection of both men and women perfume our scent vary from oud, floral, amber, musk and sweet fruity scents. we guarantee that we a have the scent for you.

 

We understand that people want luxury designers’ products but at an affordable price. Here at aroma beautique we believe that you do not have to spend excessive amounts of money to have good quality products. We craft all are products with the upmost of care and uphold the highest quality standards giving you products that are long lasting and just tailored for you.

Shipping information.

 

We ship orders to UK customers via Royal Mail and orders can take 2-5 days for UK customers. For International shipping we use parcel force or other suitable shipping methods, and shipping can take 7-14 days.

  • Orders placed before 8am Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the following working day. You will receive your parcel within 2-5working days for UK customers (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer.
  • Orders placed on a Friday after 8am, will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

*Please note that in the event of adverse weather, please be advised that deliveries may be affected, and we cannot guarantee all delivery times.

Due to COVID 19, we noticed that some of our deliveries are delayed.

If you waiting for your orders more than 14 working days please contact us and we will be happy to track your item.

 

 

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and/or PayPal user email), email address, and phone number. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Terms and conditions

 

  1. All stock and prices are subject to availability.
  2. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling.
  3. All photos are used for illustration purposes only.
  4. Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. We will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer.
  5. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
  6. According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given us express permission to do so.
  7. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. We reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
  8. We reserve the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
  9. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will refund the cost of the unavailable goods.
  10. However will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
  11. Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of receiving their items(only certain products). Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order, the product costs only will be refunded within 5 days of receipt of returned items as we do not refund postal charges. 
  12. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used, postage costs will only be refunded if items received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt, photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
  13. Returned items should be sent by Recorded Delivery, We will not cover return postage costs (this do not apply to faulty or incorrect items).
  14. Any returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any returned  items must be in unused condition (this do not apply to faulty items). Any items returned more than 30 days after purchase, whether faulty, incorrect or order was cancelled, will not be refunded or replaced.
  15. If the rare occasion occurs whereby the customer receives an incorrect item, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, we will send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, We will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage
  16. Orders not received, which were dispatched by First Class or Standard Postage, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
  17. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
